From the moment you contact us we want to know about you and your horse.

The phone call has been made so we check if the horsebox is available,if its available we need to know the amount of horses to be transported,when thats done we need to know horse size, this is only making sure we dont overload the horsebox and a extra trip may be needed. Then we need to know how long you require the box, 1 day up to 14 days your choice,once the hire period has been sorted, we send you a copy of our hire agreement which has to be signed and sent back to us. Once we receive the signed agreement, we need to identify you as the driver so we go through the ID requirements, this is for the insurance company to verify cover of the horsebox to yourself. Now all you have to do is pay for your hire you can either pay via CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD PAYPALr or CLEARED CHEQUE. (the card payment, paypal and cleared cheque is one of the ways we identify you as the person hiring the horsebox)
